Join us for a cook out at Whippoorwill Creek Farm!
Have you always wanted to see a working farm, or miss a farm from your past? Come and have a guided ramble about our beautiful farm, meet the animals, see the trees, ponds, hills and pastures and soak in the beauty of south central Iowa. We'll take our walk about, then head back to the barn for food and festivities.
Burgers and Smores Night--Sat 6/8/24
Join us as we grill our delicious grass-finished beef burgers from Whippoorwill Creek Farm. Side dishes and salads will also be provided. We will top the evening off with a bonfire, smores, and even some singing (if we are lucky).
For our vegetarian friends, we will have veggie burger options (with mushrooms foraged from the farm if Mother Nature allows). We also will have kid-sized burgers.
Come early for a walking tour and a chance to amble through the farm on our walking path.
This event will be rain or shine as we will move into our remodeled barn if the weather is inclement.
No pets please as we have plenty to go around.
