Join us for a hands-on experience creating and eating dumplings! 
 
Chef, butcher and farmer John Hogeland will lead us through all of the steps, from making the dough to cooking the dumplings (with his "secret" technique).
 
Along the way you will learn about our farm, the way we raise animals, and the importance of knowing more about the food you eat.
