In April, gardens in Iowa--especially those with hoop and greenhouses!--begin to produce their first rewards. This class will celebrate those early arrivals.
Together, we will craft homemade gnocchi with spring vegetables and Italian sausage (made with goat!). We'll top it all off with panna cotta and a berry sauce.
