In April, gardens in Iowa--especially those with hoop and greenhouses!--begin to produce their first rewards. This class will celebrate those early arrivals.
Together, we will craft a homemade gnocchi dish with spring vegetables, succulent Cotechino sausage with lentils (for good fortune) and we'll finish it all off with a dessert of panna cotta with a berry sauce.
