Farmer, chef and butcher John is trained in French techniques. One of his favorite cooking jobs was at a wonderful restaurant in San Francisco named Chapeau! And if you go to the back of the restaurant, you may still find a framed recipe for profiteroles – a classic French dessert. That recipe is John's recipe, an Iowa farmer’s son who went to San Francisco to become a chef.
For this cooking class, we will turn our barn into a French bistro! John will pull out all the stops and teach you recipes both learned and created.
