Join us for this delicious Just Desserts class, intended for interested beginners and intermediate cooks. John--our resident farmer, butcher and trained chef--will teach you some basic desserts that are not only quick, easy and delicious, but are also techniques used in many other desserts!
You will leave the class prepared to whip up tasty desserts at home, whether you have an afternoon or just 30 minutes to prepare.

In this class we will make simple desserts that utilize basic recipes useful in making many different kinds of recipes.
From custards to caramel, quick breads to pate a choux, we will bake in a water bath, chill in the refrigerator, and more. By the end, you will have a handle on these basic recipes and the confidence to branch out to more challenging desserts.
