Happy Father's Day!
This class will begin with a short trip to visit our fat calves to learn about the differences between grass-finished and grain-finished beef. Then we will head into our climate-controlled barn to craft sauces and grill a variety of cuts, both grass and grain-finished, so we can taste the difference!
The class will end with a meal of steaks, sauces, and smiles.
Led by farmer, chef, and butcher John Hogeland, this will be a Father's Day to remember.
