This class takes making pasta to the next level as we explore both pasta shapes and colors.
This is one of our favorite classes because with our tomatoes producing full tilt and the whole garden alive and vibrant, now is the perfect time for homemade pasta- the ultimate foil for such abundance!
While making naturally colored egg pasta with ingredients like peppers, spinach, and turmeric, we’ll experiment with some of the many pasta shapes Italy is famous for as we make a simple meal fit for kings - and then we will tell the royalty to bugger off and eat it all ourselves!
By the end of the class, each person will have their own colorful fresh pasta to take home.
